He has over 25 years of business consulting experience and advises companies across multiple industries both locally and internationally. He realised a career dream when he founded (& chairs) the South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi), an independent national benchmark of customer satisfaction.  Adré holds the position as CEO of Consulta – a Customer Insights Consultancy.
